Marketing & Communication

The main objective for the new Support Team (ST) Marketing is to develop a Marketing Communication Plan, which will consist of two main types of activities: individual activities and joint activities. The Marketing Communication Plan should also include a timetable of activities throughout the year and the estimated corresponding costs.

The ST is responsible for:

  • creating visual content for ELLS-activities - Summer School posters, presentations, etc.
  • creating content for the ELLS webpage (articles, news, updates, etc.)
  • smoothening the current ELLS visual identity
  • making sure all partners use the ELLS visual identity correctly
  • organising events at ELLS institutions to increase awareness
  • creating content for the ELLS social media accounts
  • cooperating with PR offices at individual ELLS institutions
  • cooperating with the ST IRO group and ELSA
  • obtaining approval from the ELLS Task Force for publishing major marketing materials
