Provisional Programme

April–May 2025: Online Component

Weekly online seminars from experts in:

  • Gastrointestinal food digestion
  • Microbiota
  • Allergy
  • In vitro tools to study digestion and absorption

Participants will explore emerging questions raised by each topic.

June 20–27, 2025: Physical Mobility in Rennes, France

  • Morning sessions: Lectures on digestion and absorption, in vitro digestion models, and data modelling by international professors.
  • Afternoon sessions: Hands-on training with static in vitro digestion, from enzyme handling to digesta characterizations, including data modelling.
  • Experience digestion analysis via Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

July 2025: Final Online Seminar

Concluding session and reflections on the programme topics and methodologies.
