ELLS Institutional Learning Sessions are offered by at least one ELLS staff member (these in-person seminars or online webinars are focused on a specific topic, enabling the exchange of best practices within ELLS staff).
ELLS Institutional Learning Sessions
- promote structured institutional learning processes across partner universities,
- maintain and contribute to the alliance’s institutional memory,
- ensure systematic documentation of experiences, implementation practices, and lessons learned,
- facilitate cross-partner reflection and knowledge exchange during designated learning events,
- ensure that knowledge, experiences, and insights generated through joint activities are systematically shared, reflected upon, transmitted to Task Forces and Subject Areas, and embedded into institutional practices across partner universities.
