International Relations Offices
The International Relations Offices are the central units that provide support for all issues concerning student exchange. The International Relations Officers (IROs) deal with all questions pertaining to a stay in a foreign country, i.e. admission, scholarships, health insurance, etc. Students planning to study at another ELLS university should contact the IRO at their home and at the host university.

IRO project on joint ELLS MSc programmes
One of the aims of the ELLS network is to establish joint master programmes. To support the subject area groups in achieving this, the ELLS Task Force has asked the international relations officers (IRO group) to investigate into possible models of cooperation and to develop guidelines for a common framework for development of joint ELLS master programmes. As a result, in January 2007, the IRO group published the
"Manual for Planning and Implementing Joint MSc Programmes" .
ELLSNA Brochure
The ELLSNA Brochure compiled for the „ELLSNA Conference on Transatlantic Cooperation in Education” at Illinois in 2004 gives a brief description of all ELLS universities as well as of the North American partner universities . It summarises useful information for students on study courses, admission requirements, credit systems, academic calendar, housing, information on local contact persons, etc.
